MDRN Solicitors aspires to deliver city quality legal work with the accessibility of a local firm and strenuously enforces continuing legal education of its professional staff. 

MDRN Solicitors  has developed into the largest legal practice in Redland City (25 klms east of Brisbane near Moreton Bay) . We provide a wide range of legal services. The firm's property conveyancing services, business/commercial law services and litigation services  are particularly well-respected.

MDRN Solicitors was founded in 1978 by Jon McCarthy and now consists of four partners and over forty-five staff, located in offices in Cleveland and Capalaba, to the east of Brisbane in Queensland, Australia.

Bruce Durie and Jon McCarthy head a team of commercial solicitors at each office and supervise the conveyancing departments.

Conveyancing (property ownership transfers) is handled by senior Conveyancing managers who have more than 80 years of experience between them and are overseen by the Commercial legal team at each office.

Ian Neil heads the litigation team covering all areas of litigation and  concentrates on Planning and Environment and development law. In addition Ian is heavily involved in the Redland Chamber of Commerce of which both he and Jon McCarthy are past presidents.

The firm has a network of connections to specialists in all legal fields and with Accountants and other professional consultants in Redland City and in Brisbane whom we can engage to assist in delivering high quality work to our clients.
