Litigation (legal disputes) is often an unavoidable fact of life which can arise in any number of ways and can take many forms – even when you are not particularly at fault or don't realise or believe you are at fault.
If disputes are not identified or handled efficiently and appropriately, the consequences can be devastating. Disputes can quickly escalate, making resolution harder and harder and causing legal costs to snowball.
Sometimes an aggressive approach is needed; sometimes a sympathetic or conciliatory approach is needed. In all cases, you can be assured that the MDRN Litigation team will quickly identify the legal issues and assess the most appropriate course to take.
We also pride ourselves on a professional and personal service second to none. Your matter will not be treated as "just another file". All of our clients are treated with respect, and telephone calls, enquiries and requests are attended to promptly. We especially understand that legal matters can be very confusing and worrying for clients so we take great care to make sure that you have prompt and direct access to the person looking after your matter.
