The Department of Local Government and Planning has released new versions of many of the forms relating to pool safety, including version 2 of the Form 36 Notice of No Pool Safety Certificate and Form 23 Pool Safety Certificate. The new forms became effective from 18 October 2011 and can be downloaded from the Department’s website, here.
Please ensure that the new versions of the forms are used in all matters moving forward to avoid any potential claim.
