Since being admitted as a solicitor in 1996, Simienna has had wide experience in many areas of commercial law, predominantly practising in Property and Banking & Finance. The main highlight of Simienna's legal career to date has been the set-up from inception to operation of two National Mortgage Lending Centres, which involved dispatching residential mortgage lending documents Australia wide for some of Australia's major lenders. In helping clients with their legal needs, Simienna believes in treating clients with respect and enthusiasm, whilst being mindful of costs and finding practical solutions.
