Don’t wait until you have signed a Contract for the sale or purchase of real estate (land, house, commercial or industrial property) before getting legal advice on the contract.

Generally a contract is BINDING once it has been signed and accepted by the parties, and getting legal advice after you have become bound is usually too late to ensure that you are getting what you have negotiated, or have not placed yourself at a disadvantage eg. Stamp Duty, GST or Capital Gains Tax purposes.
